Our daughter attends this centre for 11+ tuition and general support with her school work. I am amazed by the other reviews here because our experience has been that the centre has been exemplary in everything they do. Our daughter was assessed to determine whether she would be right for the grammar school system, which is important as there would be no point in over-tutoring a child, for them to hate the experience. I can say that she has always been looked after in a caring and individual way. More importantly, her maths, verbal reasoning, and all round English skills have progressed steadily. Before attending this centre she was very capable but was reserved in school class. With the support of the centre the most notable change has been a massive increase in her self-confidence. The centre has a very high success rate in getting children through the 11+ assessments. I can see why, because their attention to detail is very high. They really prepare the children for what is to come.
This is a fantastic learning centre, I highly recommend it. Both my daughters have been taught by Jacqui and her tutors and it has really helped their learning.

My son used to struggle with comprehension, we tried to help him at home in partnership with his school and it wasn't cutting it. Within 2months of attending Jacqui lessons, he became a comprehension detective. One year on and he now answers comprehension questions with so much ease and accuracy. The lessons and packs at Jacqui are so comprehensive, she attempts to simplify every topic, which I find amazing!

Jacqui is an excellent teacher! My daughter loves her classes. She is engaging, makes the classes fun, and is also generous with useful tips and tricks to score better. We are grateful to her for conducting free online classes during the lockdown as that has been a huge blessing. My daughter is in Y5 currently; she prepares for the 11plus exam. During the first lockdown, we benefitted from Jacqui's free lessons and we loved her teaching style. Hence, I decided to enrol my daughter with Jacqui Robinson Education Center and our experience has been extremely positive. I can see a lot of progress in Maths as well as English. I think, as parents, we need to "own" our children' education and, ideally, find the right partner (school as well as tutoring services) to help us throughout this journey. Personally, I think Jacqui and her team are that unique, reliable, long term partner in this education journey. I can only applaud Jacqui's generosity in offering the free lessons during the lockdown: I think this is very gracious and shows the dedication and the long term commitment to support the youngest citizens in their learning journey!
I would like to add that the team has made all necessary preparations to provide the courses and mock exams online; they have proven to be ready to provide the same high level quality courses and support even in these "remote / online learning" circumstances.

My son has attended the Jacqui Robinson Education Centre since he was in year 2. Jacqui and her team are all great teachers and he really enjoys going to the Education Centre. Classes are small and being taught with a group of other children really brings out the best in him. Mock exams are offered throughout years 4 and 5 and any problem areas identified and improved - they really help build confidence and soothe nerves. During the various lock-downs, the lessons and mocks have been on Zoom (which has worked brilliantly) so no progress has been lost. In fact, Jacqui has even provided free morning lessons every day which has really been amazing. I cannot recommend the Jacqui Robinson Education Centre highly enough.
We fell into this a little late. During the first lockdown, we realised that our daughter (then in Yr4) had some significant gaps in her maths knowledge.
At the start of year 5, she commenced additional 11+ based tuition at the centre. The last 6 months have seen a remarkable development of her knowledge and understanding, to the point where not only are we more confident of her chances for success in the exam now, but she is now throwing herself into all of her challenges with enthusiasm and enjoyment, rather than hiding behind the age old excuse "I don't understand, I can't do it".
The transition to online learning during the current lockdown was seamless and we are grateful for the additional free daily sessions, that have cemented her knowledge and massively grown her confidence.
It's bee a good refresher for the parents too!

This has been a rollercoaster 12 months and the dedication she has shown to all children (not just students attending her sessions) has been so approached. Jacqui and her team are amazing. Jacqui herself is incredibly supportive, encouraging and dedicated to her students needs. She engages them in ways which we as parents can’t and makes all the classes fun but with a good amount of work. Our daughter has grown in confidence and enjoys these classes very much. The Jacqui Robinson Education Centre is a haven of knowledge. The centre is equipped with experienced and educated tutors. The tutors make time for their students and there is an open door for feedback. Our child has had and continues to have individual attention and feedback. Specifically, the lead tutor, Mrs. Jacqui Robinson has empowered, equipped and encouraged our child to aim for the sky. The educational tools and schooling our child received in both Maths and English will help him to be successful, not only in the 11 Plus Exam, but far beyond and further afield.
Our Child is very excited about learning and endeavours daily to strive for excellence in the continual ‘Examination of Life’.

I just want to say a massive thank you for your support and help in our sons transition from really not being ready now to be as prepared as he could possibly be for the 11 Plus on Saturday. After just 2 weeks with yourselves he implored his 11 Plus test score by 12% which I think is amazing. We have fully prepared ourselves that he may not get a high enough score to get into the grammar school as we only had 6 weeks to turn it around after the disappointment of his previous tutoring, but he is fully prepared for the challenges of year 6 and beyond.

Since she has joined, her English writing, math skills and overall skills has improved massively, that means she is the best in her school classroom. The teaching is very professional and always provides high standard of communication with parents. Always keep updating on children’s progression. My son attended Jacqui's 11+ classes for two years from year 4 after recommendations from other parents and he loved every minute of it. Jacqui and the team prepared him extremely well for the 11+, teaching skills and exam techniques that you cannot get from a workbook. They built his confidence and addressed any weaker areas. The mock exams gave him valuable realistic exam experience that prepared him for the actual exam.
I came to Jacqui for GCSE tuition, I gained excellent results and went off to college and then to a university of my choice.
My experience was amazing. The centre was a kind, caring and friendly environment where children are able to flourish. Jacqui is a great motivator and encouraged myself and all of my peers to challenge ourselves and to reach for the best possible grades that we could.
I then came back to work for Jacqui and her team during my second year of college and, from then, have continued to work for the centre.
Outstanding Education Service. In just 6 months ( about 48 hours) of learning my 8 year old is exceeding expectations, we are thrilled with how much her confidence has grown and how much her knowledge has expanded in just this short space of time.
